I am a New York State licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Orofacial Myologist with multiple certifications, hundreds of hours of specialty training, and almost two decades of experience working with children and adults with communication, feeding, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.
I have mentored and supervised graduate students and clinical fellowship. I currently mentor therapists seeking to expand their knowledge base.
In my holistic practice, I identify, address, and treat the underlying factors that impact nasal breathing, feeding, swallowing, muscle based speech sound disorders, and orofacial dysfunction.
My extensive experience has taught me that family involvement coupled with a multidisciplinary approach yields the best outcomes. That’s why I collaborate with a large network of experts and healthcare professionals—including ENTs, oral surgeons, airway-centric dentists, occupational therapists, and craniosacral therapists—to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
My ultimate goal is to help every patient see tangible results from treatment and integrate lifelong habits and skills into their lives so that they can achieve optimal health.
I have acquired extensive training in Orofacial Myology and feeding, TOTs, and muscle based speech sound disorders.
